And a final little wad of stuff, for now.

- Verin hands over a list of the thirteen Black Ajah who left,
including Liandrin, with descriptions of them all and a list of the
stuff they stole. She also gives Egwene the twisted stone ring
ter'angreal for Tel'Aran'Rhiod. Why did she not just hand over her
entire dossier? Okay, this was information already known and she was
on the Amyrlin's orders, probably, to hand it over ... and maybe the
time wasn't right for Verin to take her poison and hand over her
information. Egwene certainly wasn't ready.

- During Egwene's testing, the Tel'Aran'Rhiod ring ter'angreal
interfered with the Testing ter'angreal, in some funky way. So they're
evidently related somehow. Uh, discuss.

- Back in Egwene's Testing again, we get the information about the
forced conversion. Rand tells her, in one of her visions, that if he
is captured alive - even slightly alive, with even a spark of life -
the Dreadlords and Myrddraal can turn him by force. When she comes
out, she asks about this and it is confirmed, in an interesting way.
She asks Sheriam: "Sheriam missed a step, and looked around quickly."
She then goes on to confirm what little we know: it only works on
people who can channel, and that it takes thirteen Dreadlords
channeling through thirteen Myrddraal. She also says there are no
Dreadlords today, but since she just defined "Dreadlords" as
"Darkfriends who could channel", we know that's a lie. And if Egwene
was paying attention, she'd surely realise that too. Anyway, Sheriam's
flustered response is interesting, for the sake of the "Sheriam turned
by force" lobby as well as the general "Sheriam is Black Ajah"
establishment.

- Later on, Egwene and Nynaeve are assigned to hunt the Black Ajah,
and they rope Elayne into it too. Verin comes to the kitchen where
they're doing chores, asks them (loud enough for anyone to hear)
whether they have found anything yet, then looks puzzled as if
wondering where she is, and walks out. What was that about?

- First thing Egwene sees in Tel'Aran'Rhiod is Perrin and a wolf, and
yet months and years later when she sees him again she's all shocked
to learn his Wolf Dream is the same thing as her Tel'Aran'Rhiod ...
although it could be that at the start she just assumed it was part of
her own dream, about Perrin. So not really him, or something.

In the TOR re-read, we've been reminded that it's been said this will show
up again in the last book - Brandon hasn't forgotten about it.

I'd kinda like an explanation too.
